This guy iwillwin10 sells sport pics and sports misc. On eBay. I purchase 15 pics from him and asked if he would send me an invoice total with Priority Mail shipping since I needed the pics for a company picnic in 5 days.
The seller agreed he would ship them asap for me. So I sent him payment via Paypal within 24hrs. (paid on Monday) I live in Iowa and he lives in Florida so Priority shipping should have only been at most 3 days.
He emails me back on Monday evening telling me that he will not make a run to the post office now until Wed. Leaving me out of luck and violating our agreement. He also charged $15 for shiping which upon checking the charges myself were only $3.85.
SO I emailed the guy back asking why he violated our agreement? And asked him to refund my money since the pics needed for Saturday morning won't be here on time. He never responded, so I thought well maybe he ran them to the post office, by the way I looked up his address and the guy lives 1/2 a mile from the post office.
Friday came and went and no package so I sent an email to this deadbeat again asking him what was going on with my items or money. He said that he refunded me right away Monday evening. Paypal says otherwise. I told him of his mistakes and he responded calling me every four and five letter word in the book. What a true gentleman!!! And business man might I add!
So now I have filed with Paypal and the guy sent me another email saying he was going to drag this out as long as Paypal would allow so I do not get refunded anytime soon. What an A*HOLE!!!
Stay away from iwillwin10 on eBay... He is a real jerk, he has decent feedback which is deceiving but he is quick to make things difficult for a person.
Because of this whole incident I was unable to get the pics for my company picninc... The pics were going to be a prize for the kids in the kids games... But I was able to get bags of candy instead...
