Sent wrong item will not return calls/emails

I ordered a RCBS Universal 22-45 CAL Decap die (87585) from the Prairie Arms Web Store on 8/29. What I recieved is a 22-25 CAL Decap Die (87580). I wanted to to return the wrong decap die (87580) and get the right one (87585). After numerous calls and emails I have given up getting the item that I wanted. Beware of doing any business with this company.
