Anything went smoothly with getting my cash, but obtaining a reimbursement is another account. I arranged a training course, and went towards the course to discover the gates were shut because of "vegetables under restoration". I e mailed to get a reimbursement, but no reaction. I named customer support, plus they stated they couldnot achieve anybody in the program (duh they're shut), but couldnot matter a reimbursement till they talked using the program administration. Additionally they advised me it had been my obligation to contact golfnow.com daily, and advise them to contact the course. Therefore, ostensibly they're keeping my cash on the program that'll or might not reopen.inadequate connection using the golf programs, and exceptionally bad customer support!
