Everytime you make a tee time golfnow.com charges a fee. I have accumulated points with them which expires at the end of the year. I went online to book a tee time for Christmas day and found golf courses open on their site, I booked using the accumulated points I have.
I drove 2 hours to the golf course to find out it was closed. I called them to ask them to extend the points pass the new year since I have to work for the rest of the year. The supervisor declined and needless to say, I won't be using its services any longer.
I specifically called them on the phone to make that Christmas reservation, but still got screwed. Their phone customer service reps are horrible. They just want to rip you off with the fees. Never again!
