I found a tube you pull behind a boat on Craigslist. Seller informed that that's it's in great condition. I told the seller I would pick it up from them. When I arrived it was not inflated but took their word that it was in working condition. Paid the money for it and left. I filled the tube at home and after 2 hours, it deflated.
I called the seller for a refund since the tube does not hold air. The seller informed me he was not a store and gave no refunds. The seller hung up on me and will not answer my calls.
Seller sold something to me knowing it did not work and ripped me off.
