I paid Pinwheel Media $31,783.32 to design and program my website. Despite the fact that I have paid Pinwheel Media in full the owner and founder Mr. Orlando Ramirez refuses to perform his obligations under our contractual agreement. Mr. Ramirez refuses to deliver the website design, website files and will not refund my money. I have made several attempts to retrieve my website and or refund of my money and have been denied both by Mr. Ramirez. Mr. Orlando Ramirez has been incredibly deceitful and is attempting to fundamentally scam me out of $31,783.32 through Web Design fraud.
