This is my first experience in being ripped off by an internet purchase. I recently ordered 2 sets of cornhole bags from www.stephbags.com. My card was immediately charged $35, I was sent a confirmation email of the purchase, and I was assured that delivery would be 1-3 days.
I made the purchase 3 weeks out from a planned yearly trip to PCB, FL knowing I had plenty of time to receive my merchandise. Here we are just a few short days from leaving on vacation and still no bags.
The biggest issue (aside from no cornhole bags) I have is no follow up from Stephanie Marsillett. I've emailed, texted, and left messages with the order/confirmation # and I've yet to be contacted concerning my order.
I'm fortunate that my best friend is an FBI agent and with a little help from him, I now have her place of employment phone #, her home address and phone #, alias email accts, and all other contact info that I may need. It helps that my buddy and his family, vacation with me and mine every year.
I'll be glad to share ALL contact info on Stephanie Marsilett if you too have been ripped off from "stephsbags".
