On May 12,2011 after returning from Mexico after loosing my wallet with credit cards, money, identification (fortunately not my pass port) after canceling all my credit cards I promptly contacted every business that makes monthly deductions from my bank account. Every single corporate entity, including two insurance firms and two banks, were understanding and courteous over my dilemma— with the exception of Las Vegas Athletic Clubs who were rude, condescending, arrogant and patronizing— then they stuck me with $40 late fee for their troubles.
My contract expires with LVAC in July and I made it very clear that after being a 2 year member I have absolutely no intention of renewing and do you think they care? Business must be good if they can afford to be that rude and ungracious.
