On March 11th I purchased a piece of exercise equipment from Nola Fitness. The listed stated 3 - 4 week delivery. As of today we are at the 6 week mark. The item is still listed as awaiting fulfillment. I have not had ANY communication from NOLA Fitness to explain why it is now just about double the expected shipping time and I do not have my item, and the item has not been shipped yet.
When I email them there is no response. They state you can contact them through live chat, which is not active. When you call them they state that they are having difficulty with their phone lines.
I am convinced this is not a real organization and I have been scammed. They have my $209.95. I have reached out to my credit card company and have contacted the Better Business Bureau. They have 12 complaints against them and recieved a BBB rating of F!
DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT do business with these people!
