Do not get your boat serviced by BOATS OF NEVADA! They provide horrible service and they ripped us off! They over-charged us for work that was not needed and did not complete the job, services rendered. It took them over 5 weeks and 3 trips to replace a starter, hatch springs and a new radio. The radio was never completed and was not properly installed.
We had to take the boat to an electronics store to repair all of the damage done, and had to pay for that on top of what was already paid. They fixed the radio in a half day!:) The latch springs were not properly installed and we had to pay to have them replaced and repaired. We have no idea if a new starter was installed because they did not provide us with the old starter and the box the new starter came in.
Chris, the service guy, has no clue about boat repairs and customer service.
