I purchased a gun for my wife for Christmas and specifically asked about their return policy. Sales person reassured me gun could be returned of exchanged for full amount as long as it was new, never fired. Wife wanted a different gun and went to return with receipt, but was repeatedly told only the owner of the sotre can do returns and refused her service. Once she finally got a hold of the owner, he refused to credit my credit card and would only give $450 of my $595 purchase. Owner took advantage of my wifre and sales person lied about return policy. I called and another sales person said there was a 10% restocking fee but couldn't tell me why Dave, the owner, charged my wife a 25% restocking fee. Store credit receipt also states no refund on taxes paid. I was ripped off! Now I have no gun, no credit and a hand written in store credit for only 75% of the orignal purchase I am betting isn't worth the paper it was written on.
