Stated he was a casino dealer on a cruise ship and was unable to meet me
Was using E-bay protection buyer program to protect both me and you.
Trying to get me to send 50% to E-Bay before sending boat to me
Claimed Title was clear, typo's in the word "With" spelled it (whit)
Typed in the Site Address and found boat listed in Houston TX, S. Carolina, Florida
Was not selling it on E-Bay, yet was using E-Bay vehicle protection program
