Purchased a boat from Chris Blair and I still have not gotten a title.
I found out that the boat is not in his name.
There is already a lien on the boat that he placed himself years ago.
His Texas Marine Dealer License has been revoked by the Texas Parks and Wildlife
He has promised documentation to me that would resolve the title issue on 12 ocasions, and so far I have spent $200 in gas money to meet him at places that he never shows up at.
I have spent well over 70 hours in legal calls and meetings trying to get this resolved.
He is also using Karen Pollick on the web as a name so that people will not find out that he is the one selling the boat. If you hear the name Chris Blair come up regarding any purchase regarding a title or registraion, turn and run the other way as fast as you possibly can.
