Zoum USA, run by Mat Coleman, is a scam-company you should avoid. They have very little understanding of the industry, do not respond well to customers, deal with large and significant delays in communication, and try to scam you as a customer.
After speaking with others we found out that they also agree that dealing with the company has been nothing but a headache. It appears that I, like others, were taken through the runaround with these folks at Zoum USA only needing to end up going elsewhere.
What a big waste of time. Thanks a lot Mr. Mat Coleman and the entire Zoum USA brand.
