I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from Obsneakers.com, paid them via my credit card, on July 25th. My card was charged the same day for about 137$. I checked their web site after a week wondering what the status was, and the order was listed as "processing". I used their "chat" to contact them about the order. A few days later, I got an email saying to give them the "scan code" from the credit card. I said, the card has been charged, and either send the sneakers or refund the money. No response for days. I tried again days later, same thing, and again days later, and same thing. No refund. I found out that this is a chinese person or company using a Utah based ISP/server for its web site. I unfortunately saw other reports too late on this site. I also contacted my bank to try to get the money back, but I think that will not succeed.
They do not respond for days, they will not give your money back, and I certainly got no product from them after 3 weeks now.
