I've had a dreadful encounter because of their promoting me a Garmin Edge 305 pack with heartbeat monitor, and pace and cadence sensor design #010-N0447-30, but obtained #010-N0447-00 with no heartbeat monitor.
I called, and after two times of study, they decided they created an error and offered me a RMA to deliver it back. I subsequently needed to contact and obtain them to cover delivery, which after telling me they'dnot protect, they ultimately accepted to get a maximum of $10, but my minimal shipping price was nearly $13.
On trade, they irresponsibly delivered me back the same wrong design. After calling them again, they stated that Garmin delivered them the wrong versions and that's all-they had, so that they might credit my consideration for $10 for that insufficient one's heart rate check, that they and everyone offers for $60, or credit me for delivery again having a $10 maximum. I expected for complete credit on delivery plus they increased me to some boss. I've quit numerous communications for this boss as he's never been selected-up the telephone after I named, and also have not obtained a call-back.
Later, I eventually got among the sales representatives to agree the credit for that 10% maximum about the next return, but upon returning them, I'd to contact again whilst the hadn’t acknowledged by consideration after getting the item to get a week. Then I had been informed I'd not be obtaining any return shipment credit since there is no cash left to credit since I have delivered them and didn't trade it. I described I had been guaranteed the return delivery for both results and they also moved me once more towards the boss who never accumulates the telephone and not returns my calls. I quit a note and today over per week later, no-return phone.
