Requested a Showtime Rotisserie on 11/27/10.3tailer site says it'll be delivered in 3-5 times. After 7 days without any notice that it had been delivered I chose to contact them. I tried contacting, contacting and "online talk". Our e-mails weren't responded aside from the conventional "we've obtained your mail and we shall return to you".invested I actually donot understand how long looking to get through about the telephone-to no avail. Online talk was a whole lot worse-I had been ostensibly informed "examine your order standing on our site, when it delivers it'll display that it's." On 12/6/10 I finally got through to them on the phone. I had been informed that it'd not delivered yet. I required they cancell the purchase. I had been informed it'd not be considered a difficulty which the credit might post to my Credit card within 48hrs. On 12/10/10 I tried calling them to determine where my credit was. I couldn't cope with. Therefore, I went the "online talk" path-I've been educated that my purchase is along the way of delivery and may not be terminated. Despite the fact that 3taileris own connect to my purchase suggests that it's not delivered, I'm being informed that they can "actually spend the return delivery" for me personally to come back them.

In a nutshell:

1) Our purchase wasn't delivered when guaranteed.

2) Our e-mails and telephone calls went unaddressed

3) They didn't stop my purchase once they stated they'd

4) They didn't credit my Credit card-like they guaranteed.
