Ordered skis, paid by credit card. Email notification claimed they were shipped 3 days later. Never arrived. No matter what method of contact, email, contact us, telephone, there has been no response from the company whatsoever. Their online info is so far from the reality of dealing with them I suspect maybe their website has been pirated or hacked and I am really dealing with some cyber criminals based in the Urals!
