Workout World is a gym which recently opened (November). Since opening, WOW has failed to provide services they advertised as included in Charter Memberships which were suppose to be of short supply. The Charter Member ship (of which my family and I purchased four) included child care, personal training, tanning beds, and classes. All services mentioned were to be included and at no additional cost.
It is now February 1st, of 2010 I have yet to be given an explanation as to why my family and I have not been given the services we were promised. I have been hung up on and put on hold for over half an hour every time I call to speak to someone regarding my concerns only to then be told the managers have left or are unavailable for the remainder of the day/night.
The only explanation on one of my issues of concern was to suggest I interpreted the personal training special incorrectly.
