Unresponsive and awful customer service! Deceitful business practices. Online support tickets are useless. Even when you follow the contract instructions by writing registered and certified letters I received no responses. Then later they say that they cannot cancel after a particular date. They actually in some ways contradict their own contract. They force and trick you into personal training contracts by circling options for you and NOT giving accurate answers to the client when directly asked before even signing the contract. The management rep. At Menlo Park, NJ location wants your signature and will LIE in ANY way to get it!!! She pressures you at your fitness evaluation which they deceitfully call a "free training session" by saying "you have to sign up for training package today b/c it will cost more if you don't". Avoid as they will not honor your doctor's notes with serious conditions and even if injured there on site or sincere contractual complaints/issues even if you get a higher-up main management office phone number you WILL be ignored. AVOID at ALL costs. You will be sorry if you join. They are cheaters. They want your signature because it GUARANTEES $1000s of dollars per client. If you still think you want to join— take the contract to your lawyer FIRST before signing and you will truly understand the factual complaints of WOW members on all online rating sites i.E. BBB NJ and other reputable sites.
