I requested what's to be always a Holiday present for my partner this season. I purchased this in November.By today, Dec. 20 I still don't have any present. I've tried calling daily many times each day going back fourteen days without any solution. I've quit communications and emails with non-being responded. I believe the corporation is just a fraud and am presently looking to get my cash back. DON'T purchase out of this organization. They lack complete professionalism or customer support.
