On xmass 09 my bank was robbed by orvis and stole $200.00 of my soc. Sec. Check they denied it called me names Richmond

On Xmass my $200.00 of my Soc. Sec. Check was stolen from my checking account by orvis. It says Orvis with phone number and $200.00 deducted in my bank account, and they are denying it. I gave them a chance to return my money that they stole and they wouldn't, now my bank has to work at it. They keep calling me "Sir" they are very rude and said that im "Really Stupid" another said that this was a "Good Gag" Now im angry they stole my money and called me names and they are in denial. They sell very HIGH priced Junk
