I ordered my plane 3 yeras ago with Doug Hart of Hart Aero. He told me the aircraft would be done in 6 months, then 1 year then kept delaying. I paid him the full amount of the aircraft. Three years later he could not deliver the aircraft and thus I asked for a refund. He only refunded me 10% of my money for the aircraft and arragned a payment plan with me. I only recived on refund check now nine months later, still no check. He won't return my phone calls nor e-mails. I filed a police report and found that there are several other police reports against him. He is currently under investigation from the local police department.
