Heyser Cycle in Laurel, MD will cheat you without a second thought!!! BEWARE!!!
Heyser Cycle deliberately sold me LAST YEAR'S MODEL JETSKI as THIS YEAR'S MODEL without telling me and then refused to correct the situation.
Initially, they gave me a current year's catalog to look through. After we selected a model they had in the shop, we waited many hours for it to be prepared before we saw any paperwork.
At signing, they quickly ran us through the paperwork, jumping from page to page. When I got home (after getting the trailer and a hitch put on the car and getting it home) we noticed that it was LAST YEAR'S MODEL!
Not ONE WORD had been mentioned that they were selling us last year's model. I'm sure that the salesman (Octane was his name) and the guy doing the paperwork (Joe) knew exactly what they were doing!
When I called about it, they said that last year's model had the same value as the current year! (Yeah, ok) The owners, Scott Hyman and Caroline Spahr, were not at all interested in correcting the problem, which makes me think that this is their standard practice.
So, if you decide to do business with Heyser Cycle, don't forget that I warned you. They will cheat you in a second!
