Purchased Oct 29 from Home Depot in Peterborough, ON
Machine will not fill to proper level in any of the rinse cycles. It only gets about 2" water, then starts to agitate. Clothing gets caught between the bottom of the agitator fins and the base - a very poor design even if the rinse cycle worked! I called the 800-361-3400 number that Home Depot gave me since they refused to take it back - even though it is faulty upon purchase! I payed $448 plus tax - a considerable sum. The operator at the 800 number advised me that this is a "normal cycle" because - and I quote - "the Canadian government said they had to be more environmentally friendly and use less water" UNBELIEVABLE! I would certainly hope that the right person sees this email and does something to right this situation. Thank you. Vera R Clark
