TKO SPORTS called my cell phone asking if I would sponsor the Dobbie High School t-shirts with our company name and logo, I told them to send me all the information on the prints as well as specs so I may review and I would call them back with my decision. I never agreed verbally nor have I signed anything stating I agreed to sponsor anything. Non the less they sent me an invoice, and the next to follow was a long list of harassing phone calls, EVERYDAY. Asking me when I was going to make a decision on the process. I told them I was not interested at this time since I already sponsored South Houston High School Football team with donation.
Once this was said, all of a sudden they lied to me saying they printed the shirts already, and that I had agreed to them. I never did anything of the sort. This is a FRAUD. Once I replayed my recorded conversations for quality purposes, I called them and talked to a very disagreeable gentleman named DAVE ROBERTS age 27, after I caught him in several lies. He got quit frustrated since he was unable the think quick on his feet and was caught in the middle of a couple of lies or misguide truths. However you want to look at it.
They are trying to scam me as well as threaten my business by filing a derogatory credit for my business. Once I got online to find out more about this company I found that they have several reports filed against them in a complaint. I will not fall a victim to such an erroneous scam. So I am filing a negative report everywhere I possibly can. If this persist, I will be taking legal action against this company TKO SPORTS. 16903 red oak dr. Ste. 276 houston tx 77090 for the harassment as well as unethical business practices and slander.
