I purchased a blowgun and miscellaneous parts from this company. When the order arrived it was short 5 quivers. I emailed the company to inform them that the quivers were not in the package. They emailed me back stating that their records showed that the order shipped complete. I emailed them back and told them that their records were wrong because the quivers were not in the package. The next email I received was a credit for the quivers. I emailed them back stating that I did not request a refund I want the quivers that I ordered, they responded that they were not going to send them that they credited my money. The quivers cost $2.50 total for all 5 and they refused to send me the quivers because they didn't want to pay shipping on $2.50 worth of plastic. DO NOT do business with this company, you will receive partial orders and they WILL NOT correct it.
