I recently attended a gun show where I asked a salesman from Dons Sport shop if he had a Springfield Arms XD40 with a 5" barrel he said yes and I purchased it without giving it much thought. After getting home and checking out the gun I relised it was a 4" barrel. I called Manny and he told me he would exchange it or I could return it. I waited 3 weeks and Manny got no where finding me another gun so I attempted to return it. Manny then told me he would give me $100 less than the original purchase price. Now thats making some easy money! There is nothing on the sales receipt about his return policy and it was never told to me. This man just lost thousands of my retail dollars because I will never buy from him again and I hope those who read this will do the same. It used to be the customer was always right and for good reason - It good business sense - Manny need to wake up!
