This company took an order for burgees over a year ago. I paid the total amount in full with a personal check. I kept getting promise after promise of delivery and then later, excuses as to why delivery was going to be late. They never delivered. They eventually stopped responding to the telephone messages I left and the emails that I sent.
They ask for a check or money order and that the payment be made in full prior to delivery. No credit card! Also note that you're sending the money to a P.O. Box. No physical address is given.
I notified the BBB and they were not able to get Yachtflag Company to respond to repeated requests for resolution.
Beware.
