In Jul y 13 we signed a contract stating a 30 year warranty on the structure and a lifetime on the water walls.in August we called Swim Texas, Inc. To inform them of 3 pnels buckling. They were replaced.
Three months later November 4 more panels were found buckled. We called both Seim Texas and Kayak Pool Manager Greg Cislo, H3 informed o both Swim Texas and Kayak Pool Manager Greg Cislo. He informed us that the pool was built with defective panels. He said he would take care of the problem which he did. He also sent a check reimbursing us for the cost to replace the water and salt twice in less than a year... in September.
We called regarding 4 more panels that needed to replace... This time they have put us off with all kinds of excuses, need to order, lost phone calls etc. We have phoned and faxed asking for an installation date so we can empty the pool... No results. P. S this pool was paid in full at purchase.
