To join they ask for $2500.00 USD but they give you a lock winner game to bet on which if it wins will pay for your initial package and membership so you dont have to dip into your own pocket part of their scheme to gain your trust.
If the game they gave you wins they ask you send to a Mr Ron Murphy in Tampa Bay Florida via western union the $2500.
Once this is done they welcome you aboard, they target International players normally, They then will tell you about their top packages which include guaranteed games. This is a deal where you will get paid win or lose. They tell you this is achieved by an agreement between two Las Vegas casinos that bet both sides of the game and manipulate the odds so there is enough money to get paid regardless of game outcomes similar to sports arbitrage only two casinos are working togeather to make it happen. Of course if you want to get involved this service is offered at a premium price of a couple of million however because you are starting out only 10% of the package price is required for first year players until you build up your bank enough to be able to afford the full price.
If you are interested they ask for a deposit to open a sportsbook account (via western union or travellers cheques) they use the services of two price per head books which are online books that do not hold any money basically an accounting website for bookies, they were justwagers.com and betez.com
You are asked to buy a package at the beginning of each sport season e.G. The beginning of the NCAA and MLB each package is worth 2.5 million this is also 50% refundable at the end of the season however because you are a first year player only 10% is required.
If you pay them they prefer western union or if you wont do that travellers cheques sent via fedex is ok.
Once this is completed, and the accounting office has processed your payment you are to call in everyday for the guaranteed moves and the boss Donald Rooney handles your account personally.
The way it works is you have a profit target to reach in my case I was told it was 20 million USD I started with 50 thousand because the games are guaranteed the bank building process is consistent and the account gets funded if you have some losses (remember the book does not handle any money your agent does). So it all goes along fine until you get close to the target amount. Up until around 19 million Donald was available everyday including Sundays at my alloted call in time, but once I got close to the target the plays slowed down he was hard to reach on the phone.

That is basically the SCAM so anyone considering an offer similar to this STAY AWAY it is a massive SCAM.
