Ripoff-did not deliver ordered items, gave no contact address or phone or e-mail consumer fraud ripoff

I ordered and paid for a hat and leather vest. They sent the hat and no vest which was most of the expense.

No contact info or invoice copy or packing list included. No phone number or e-mail address given. All previous web sites have been wiped out.
