I got ripped for 299.00. Get this, they contacted me with this sweet deal of a 90 day add in which I would get back 249.00 if the boat did not sell in 90 days. What makes mine worst then most others is that, I have sent a certified letter signed by a notary public both upon the start of the add and before the last seven days expired. I received a letter that I was authorized to receive my refund of 249.00 within 30-45 days. Puff, like a fart in the wind. No answer to the above number, no answer to my e-mails. Now, the above phone number has been disconnected.
It sure would be nice for all of us to get together thru e-mail and compile a list of our names and issues and forward to some politician and insist they not only get our money back, but put these monkeys behind bars. It's a shame it's too late for waterboarding.
It's the principle issue for me now.
