We ordered our pool table in August. We continually called, they kept pushing back the order. We held out until December because we really wanted the product we paid for. When I canceled my order, I did receive a confirmation from customer service, but as of today there is still no refund.
I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company and filed a report with the BBB. This experience has been heartbreaking, disappointing, and infuriating.
I hope and pray karma will justly serve them.
