We ordered a pair of "used" snowboard pants for our son. We paid using pay-pal. When they arrived we were surprised to find there were two tears in the seat. Very noticeable. We immediately called and got voice mail, but could not leave a message because the box was "full". We then emailed 3 times then filed a complaint with pay-pal. Pay pal denied the claim stating they don't cover damaged goods. What a joke. Buyer beware.
