Charged me three times in 12-08 for something I didn't order, and don't want. They refunded one of the charges but left two others still ow

After I obtained my 12-08 declaration from Pursuit, I instantly sees three separate costs of $29.99. On a single of these, the costs have now been eliminated, but two stay. I don't actually understand what Our Exercise is. It should be a journal or perhaps a gym anywhere. I don't need both. Please support me get these costs eliminated. Gayle Thompson
