I know of at least six investors from the Duluth, GA area that invested in the Duluth and Nashville stores. We are all looking for assistance and unity to determine if how we pursue our contracts with KiS Golf and or George McGill personally. We constantly had to call for late payments (90-120 days). We have not spoken to McGill since the day he took our money. He has never returned phone calls.
Unfortunately, when I learned of the Duluth closing on the internet, I had no idea that so many ripoffs & better business bureau reports had been filed. I sent demand letters via certified mail - only to have them returned. Now I see where there Ch. 11 has been converted to Ch. 7.
Good 'ol George apparently has 'tucked tail and run'.
