Falsely claims to be a "PGA Certified Golf Professional", "PGA Certified Teacher", and "Certified Club Maker".

Cons people into investing in golf related enterprises he promotes, then uses up all the money and skips out. Was involved in skimming over $1.5 million US dollars from investors in a "golf academy" in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, then over $50k from investors in "Phoenix Golf" at Lake Chapala, Mexico.

Also involved in golf time-share scams.

May currently be trying to set himself up somewhere in Europe.

Is a VERY convincing smooth-talker, but practically nothing he claims survives even a superficial investigation.
