I ordered over 100 dollars worth of darts and related merchandise on 12-06-07. I contact them on 12-11 via their email address listed on thier site asking for a status update. No response. I tried again on each of the following 2 days to email them, again, no response. 3 emails, no response.
I looked up their phone number on their website and called it. I got a message telling me to use their online trouble ticket system for a quick response. So I did. I submited a trouble ticket. I got an automated email respose saying they have my trouble ticket and would response shortly. To date I still have no response.
As a last-ditch effort I tried using thier fax number listed on their website.
No response.
I have since contacted VISA asking for a refund, as well as the webhost of nationaldarts (chainreactionweb) and their online payment processor (authorize) telling them both that they have a potential scammer among them. I also informed nationaldarts.com via their trouble ticket system that these were my intentions, and to date I have no response.
If there is a way to sue these potential scammers for damages I would surely entertain that idea, as these darts were a gift for my 20 year old son who is home for the holidays from college, and these darts were the ONE thing he had asked for for christmas. Since I have always delivered on his requests for christmas gifts I am going to look like a bad guy on the big day since I put my trust in an online company that appears to be less than honest.
As a web merchant myself (http://www.prankmart.com) I know full and well what it takes to run an honest company. Customer service is the top priority, and this company has neither customer service nor the integrity it takes to run an online business, ans as such should be taken off line until such a time as they can upstand to the morals it takes to help the online community of merchants build a respectable name for the net as a whole.
