I have 14 year old boy who has enjoyed from Rali, the tips, thoughts, training ideas and profiles of players in the sport of basketball.
Things started to go sour when Rali offered to the first 350 respondents a free Killer Basketball Circuits DVD for the cost of postage and shipping ($5.95). It was impossible to get onto the website he gave so, I wrote to him to see if he had a copy that had "fallen behind the filing drawer" for my son. He wrote back and advised me to register/subscribe to the Basketball Training University, pay for the shipping and the DVD is yours and, that you can cancel anytime - no obligation. I did that. One month later I wrote asking to cancel my registration/subscription to the Basketball Training University - Rali wrote back and said the subscription was now cancelled. I expected to have to pay for one month's subscription ($29.95) however, when I received my Visa card statement I found 22 - that is TWENTY TWO debits of ($29.95) from Supreme Total Fitness Inc for Basketball Training University Subscriptions.
To be fair to him, someone went about in a half hearted manner to correct these unauthorized transactions and reversed 16 of them. I have written to Rali now 5 times requesting a reversal of the remaining 5 (five) unauthorized transactions (I was prepared to pay for 1 (one) but, have not heard from him - not a word. Very, very dissapointing and unprofessional.
I have not, like many other people it appears, as yet received the "FREE DVD" that has cost me $155.70!!!
I, like others, would very much like to get my money back - if anybody has any thoughts...
