I have been a part of Rali Todd's all-star ballers mentorship program since december and initially was completely satisfied. Unfortunately, the last six months i have received no compliance from Mr. Todd on the things he insisted we do for him (making a video of a basketball skill session, sending it to him, and letting him critique it) and have not received any feedback nor returned phone calls regarding the situation. I have placed many phones to Mr. Todd concerning it and will receive a phone call almost a month later, just to see how my training is coming, and when I ask about the critiques, the same, "they are being finalized and should have them up on my website shortly", is what I hear. I have heard the internet being down excuse more than three or four times. I have made time to attend conference phone calls only to see the last numerous handfuls be rescheduled and then cancelled the next day. A few months ago, Mr. Todd informed the mentorship program that we would be automatically subscribed to basketballtraininguniversity.com and the mentorship program would just converge into that.
This was true, but the so called free DVD (all we had to do was pay 6.95 for shipping) that I bought 2 and a half months ago, I have yet to receive. Mr. Todd did indeed say the DVD was being "finalized" and we should receive a confirmation email, and tracking number within a few days AS LONG AS our email addresses were correct. When no one received any confirmation numbers, we (members of the website) started a blog on his basketballtraininguniversity.com forum, stating our email addresses. And after a month I have yet to receive anything related to the "Killer Basketball Circuits" DVD I was promised. I would like to find a solution to this!
