I run small e-shop, buy and sell knives and tools in Poland, this year in March I got a contact to a seller from ebay, I offered Mr. Kunz a business transaction, He send me his agreement so I send him my purachase order. After few days I received answer with detail item price and shipping cost, so I made a purchase, I bought knives and accessories listed at greatknivesgreatprices.com and additional which should be ordered specially for me. I got payment instructions, I made a payment and waited few weeks till Mr. Kunz will collect all ordered ites and send them to Poland.
After another weeks I asked Mr. Kunz about tracking information because after 3-4 weeks the goods should be already in Poland, since that time I still have no knives and no money. I wrote to Mr. Kunz hundred emails and ask about ordered knives and estimate time of deliver, but without success. Mr. Kunz once doesn't response, second If he write an email the response is without any reasonable information, so I can not be refund or get ordered items. As far as I know it is not only one case, I am not only one robbed person, there are many more people all over the world, if You can please go to and find out about the issue.
