In July we entered our two month in FitInfant. They said they could help remove some of his excess weight and tone him up, plus use the sunlmap to give him some color. We filled out an automatic checking deduction for 125 dollars per month, with the option to cancel within 6 months if we were unsatisfied and have our money refunded.
After 10 weeks our son had definitely lost weight but he wasn't as toned as we hoped (my nephew had almost a 6 pack after two months). We informed Jesse the manager at the Glendale location and he said "no prob".
We still haven't had any money refunded. Yesterday they deducted $125 from our checking account (again). Jesse doesn't return our calls but the place is still in business.
I'm not saying they don't do a good job but once you disenroll they forget about you. If anyone else deals with this company, have the monthly dues put on your credit card - it will make it harder for these snakes to take your money. Also, the YMCA is cheaper and their program is more flexible.
