I am a long time 14 year established pool room and cue dealer, I bought 1700.00 worth of brand new meucci cues from the company, and paid via cashier checks on delivery. I received all cues that were second quality very bad workmanship and can not sell them to my customers. So i sent all cues back fro replacements to get better product not flawed cues. That was almost 3 years ago, and meucci will not gove me my money back they wont send replacements either, they are just a bunch of scammers, way to treat other business owners in your won industry Mr Bob Meucci. I have made 50 phone calls, letters from better business, attroney general and so on, short of a small claims, nothing has helped. They dont even answer the phones most of the time. Company has not made 1 attempt to resolve off my many attempts. Clearly just want to steal peoples money. Beware of spending your money. I have all documentation and copies of all forms, hey meucci give me my hard earned money back, your opening new wharehouse and have a horse selling business on the side. Dont steal money and expect to get away with it.
