I found by myself that Enigin's promises were not supported by facts. I lost my time and my money. St Austell

I'm a Spanish businessman. I also purchased a License from Enigin... And I lost my time and 21.500 Pounds, plus expenses.

Now, my only wish is to help other people to avoid making the same stupid mistake that I did...

Here is the letter that I sent to Mr. Wrigely some time ago:

"Dear Mr. Wrigley,

Im writing you to inform you about my dissatsifaction with the Distributorship License that I bought from Enigin in December.
I consider that the license is not worth the 21.500 Sterling that I was charged for. The main reasons are:

- In your business appraisal, you mention a Licensing Opportunity (page #2) which apparently is based, among other claims, in that Our combination of products and services are exceptional and unique

I can say, without doubt, that the above claim is untrue. You are offering a series of products with a small attractive for most energy users:

- The Eniscope is overprized (you expect your distributors to sell it at 4.500 US Dollars to the end user in page #26, but anyone can find such kind of smart meters in the market at much lower prices). Also, you dont mention that the user must pay a monthly fee for the Eniscope to log the data in your server.

Also, in a typical installation, its very unlikely to save between a 10% and 20% of the energy consumption, as you claim in page #25.

- The CUES will only work in open, vertical refrigerators. The price (and the profit margin involved) of the CUES wont tipically cover the costs of selling it to a small or medium store, and an Enigin Distributor wont have easy access to sell it to big stores (during the Mindshare training we are being discouraged to approach big companies).

- LESS is barely profitable for retrofit installations: the savings wont pay back the cost of the units plus installations in years. For new installations, building companies buy from general lighting suppliers, not from small energy saving
companies.

- Led lighting is a concept now entering very strong in the market, as you know. But the product range that you offer is very small and overpriced. Also, lighting products are being purchased from general lighting suppliers, not from small
energy saving companies.

- Finally iMEC, these products are to be sold by engineering companies that also offer other highly sophisticated energy saving devices and applications.

I consider that your Business Appraisal gives a wrong information of what the small entrepreneur can reach by purchasing a Distributorship License and therefore, I ask you to return to me the 21.500 Sterling that I paid for a Premium Distributorship License. I also wish to return to you 5 Eniscope units for money refund."
