I ordered three ATV's from this company and only one ran, but then the battery died and it was parked too. My boys were so surprised when we opened the crates and they saw what I had bought for them. That excitement quickly turned to disappointment as we found bent, broken and missing parts to put them together correctly.
After e-mailing and calling back and forth only to find new hoops to jump through, we finally got parts and had them in riding condition. My oldest son's ATV -70 (110 cc) ran for about an hour, then would not start again. I purchased the ATVs in August and the only thing my son can do with his ATV is dust it!
I have filled out and sent in parts requests, spoken to someone on the phone, e-mailed back and forth and am now attempting to get parts again. The items that are sold on this website by this company are substandard and difficult to get problems remedied.
A friend of mine referred me to this site because a friend of mine and her husband purchased two ATV s for their sons. After they arrived in the same condition as my three ATVs, they had to go through all of the problems getting them in running condition. That makes five out of five ATVs purchased from this company that were defective. Not a good track record in Juneau, Alaska so far. ARGH! They had no problem taking over $2,000 from me, but they do have a problem making it right.
