I to feel like I have been taken advantage of from this company. I signed up for six months of personal training and was under the impression that I would stop being charged after the months ran out. Well little did I know that for the last couple of months I have been charged and this stuff isn't cheap.
I contacted Custom Built that is in my gym and spoke with the new General Manager. I told him that I have continued to be charged and he informed me that when I signed my contract I initialed some where that stated they will continue to bill me after my six months are up unless I send a writen note to the billing company 30 days in advance to cancel. I told him that I was unaware of this and he asked me who I signed my contract with. I told him the name (of course the guy doesn't work there anymore) and I was told that this person was not letting people know this when he was going over the contract with them and having them sign.
The new General Manager stated that he has been made aware of the situation by other victims as well. Needless to say that is BullS*! He told me I needed to send a written letter to the billing company. I called the billing company who stated that they need something in writting before they can stop billing me. So now I am going to get bill for Feb and hope that they get my cancelation before they can bill me for March. Another company scamming individuals out of money.
