I ordered the benderball online. They offered a free vitamin and dvd with the order. However, if you don't read the fine print and pay close attention to the wording, you will end up with multiple charges on your account.
After noticing the charges, I called and spoke with a supervisor named Micheal, and after I threatened to go to the bank and fill out a form for fraud, he said that wouldn't be necessary and he would issue a refund immediately.
One month later, the $45.00 had not been put back in my account. I called them again and spoke with Sean, who said he was a supervisor, and he informed me that a check had been mailed the day before for only $26.00. I told him that was the wrong amount and he agreed and said he would issue another refund for the remainder, which wouldn't be sent out for 10 - 14 business days.
This company is doing nothing more than taking people's money. I'm sure they were hoping I would forget and let it go. There is no telling how many people don't realize that this is going on.
If anyone decides to buy a ball for excercising, don't get the benderball. It doesn't stay inflated and is equivalent to a children's ball that you can buy for less than a $1.
