Fradulent late charges billed by Retail Services a billing company for Nautilus Inc. Ripoff City Of Industry California

I purchased a Bowflex from Nautilus Inc. Who sends me a statement each month bearing the Nautilus Inc. Logo with a return address to mail my payment to Retail Services PO Box 60107 City of Industry, CA 91716-0107. On the statement there is a payment due date and a recommended mail date.

Every month I mail my payment before the recommended due date as soon as I receive the statement, however almost every month they charge me a Late Charge Assessment. For example in April I mailed the payment on the 10th of the month and my payment was due on the 19th, however amazingly my payment was not posted until the 20th only 1 day after the due date.

This happens all the time, however I find it extremely difficult to swallow that no matter when I mail my payment it is not posted until the due date has passed by one day. Has our postal service really gotten so bad that they just cannot deliver my payments on time or where are these payments really being held up? Have you ever heard of the USPS taking ten days or more every month to deliver your mail to you from your creditors?

The report filed on HSBC with the same circumstances with the same mailing address of City of Industry, CA, just think maybe they use the same Retail Services to collect payments from their customers. They were charging me $35 every month now on my May statement the new late charge assessment fee is $39.

Would it be possible to check this Retail Services out to see how many hiding places the incoming mail goes before they actually claim they have now received your payment.

The amount credited for late fees from my monthly payments has always been more than one-half of the actual payment with the remaining part of the payment credited to the finance charge of 21.80%.

Beware all you fitness gurus out there notice that I am obviously not reducing the balance by more than just a few dollars per month only on the lucky months. It takes a while to get in shape since I'm almost 50 now and menopausal, I love my Bowflex and if someone doesn't help me to stop this outrageous rip-off I will probably wind up the oldest grandma still making payments on my Bowflex, but I bet you I'll be one of the fittest grandmas in town with an antique Bowflex to boot.

No wonder people have such a hard time making payments on time and with busy schedules people keep up what with the job, kids, spouse, home etc. Who has time to even notice a simple little late charge on every bill. You are trusting so you just pay it then rush to get it mailed, get the kids fed then to school on time hoping you get to work on time and not stuck in a traffic jam or even worse. Otherwise how are you gonna keep affordin to pay the late charges for your fitness equipment.

And just maybe the sales reps aren't so pressured to make a sale every week after all I bet this late fee racket really brings in the big bucks in most cases more than the interest on the entire loan so just be prepared to pay not 21% interest but more like all said and done 45% interest.

Do I dare mail my May payment on the upcoming recommended mail date printed on the statement hoping the postal service can do a better job for the month of May or maybe I should consider diverting the profits of these exorbitant fees by taking my payment to the post office every month and paying a lesser fee to mail it overnight as I would save at least $20 to $25 out of my pocket each month giving the USPS added revenue in hopes they might be able to afford improving mail delivery time to this Retail Services in City of Industry, CA.

Please can you help me with my dilemma?
