I signed up with the people in Dec. 2006. I signed up with them for the sole reason that they said they are open 24 hours. They are not open 24 hours. They said that when there new club opened in Feb. They would be. February came and the opening of the new club got delayed. When it opened, they are not open 24 hours.
I called them and told them that I want my money back. They said that there is no way to get my money back. I explained they made false statements regarding their club hours.
The customer service is very poor. When you call they say they will call you back, they never do. At the club unless you are paying for a personal trainer. They treat you rudely.
Then they say they have 9000 members. They had 2 club locations and both were very crowded. They closed both and moved to one. So now its very crowded.
Stay away from these people.
